Stabiliser Bar Mounting

We use high-quality natural rubber imported from Thailand to ensure producing excellent elasticity, wear resistance and aging resistance of Stabiliser Bar rubber Mounting. The size of the product is copied one to one according to the original factory sample, which can perfectly replace the original parts.

The production machine uses an automatic plate vulcanization machine, which can be timed, set temperature and pressure according to the standard process, so as to ensure that high-quality products are produced in strict accordance with the standard process and the quality is stable.

Engine Mounts

We choose high-quality metal parts, one to one copy the structure of the original parts, rubber selection of high-quality 100% raw material rubber, and in strict accordance with IATF16964 standard production. Our own laboratory has a static stiffness tester to check the products to ensure that the outgoing products meet high standards of quality and performance.

Control Arm Bushing

There is no doubt that the control arm bushing is a very important part in cars and trucks, which requires very high quality products. Our products use high quality high strength metal parts and high quality high wear resistance, high elasticity, high tensile strength rubber raw materials. Strictly in accordance with IATF16949 standard production.

Our laboratory has electronic tensile machine to test the tensile strength and elongation of rubber, static rigidity tester to test the compression and static rigidity of products, ozone tester to test the aging resistance, Akron abrasion machine to test the wear resistance of rubber, thermal aging test chamber to test the temperature resistance of rubber, impact testing machine to test the impact resistance of materials. These tests ensure that the quality of the products we produce meets a very high standard.

The boots are made of high – quality TPE and TPEE materials. TPEE has the elasticity of rubber and the strength of engineering plastics, combining the advantages of both. TPEE also has good resistance to the external environment, ozone, ultraviolet rays, and weatherability, enabling it to maintain stable performance in various harsh environments.

TPE is characterized by low modulus and high flexibility. It can be stretched at least twice at room temperature under the traction of external force and can rebound to its original shape. It has a good soft touch, as well as good weatherability, anti – fatigue property and temperature resistance.
